The Cosmopolitan complex is the most modern complex in Ruse, bearing the ambience of esthetics, comfort and modern European style. The Cosmopolitan Hotel offers accommodation in 59 rooms, 1 apartment and 7 maisonnettes. All rooms are equipped with a bath/shower, WC, telephone, hi-speed internet, satellite TV, mini bar, bathrobes, and hair-drier. All rooms are noise-insulated; with a panoramic view most of them. The variety of pastel colors, comfortable ambience and first-class facilities create a sensation of warmth and coziness.
The Conference services, offered by the hotel are expedient for business events, as the available capacity of the rooms is 100, 70 and 25 place. These are located next to the restaurant to facilitate any coffee breaks, cocktails in a cozy ambience and good servicing. All conference rooms are day-lighted and fully equipped – multimedia, screen, flip chart, Wi fi connection, audio appliances, air-conditioned and ventilated.

The Restaurant of the Hotel has 250 seats, distributed into 3 halls, with a twisted stairs with beautiful wrought ironed parapet, with floral motives. The pompous chandelier with Swarovski mineral stones is hand made and offers a real charm of the entire restaurant.

The Restaurant has a Summer garden with 120 places and alpinium giving particular romantics. Here, as well in the restaurant we may organize an unforgettable wedding, business events and dinners in a quiet and romantic ambience.

Wellness center offers a rich menu of beauty and cure procedures and massage rituals even from the island of Bali. There you will find an interior swimming-pool with massage beds, Roman bathroom, Turkish bathroom, sauna, infrared cabin, horizontal and vertical solarium and shock bucket.

The Night club is our offer for the late night hours. With its discretion and luxury it may welcome 500 people. Music mixes and topic nights are greatly appreciated by the night life fans.
